We wanted to thank Enercare for our new residential hot water heater. When our old water heater began to leak I called Enercare and they responding quickly, giving us the right advice over the phone and sending a replacement the very next day. Harry, our Enercare Technician, not only did a great job installing the replacement, but also made recommendations that saved us money. You exceeded our expectations. Cheers!

On a freezing cold evening in December, our furnace suddenly stopped giving us heat. A call to Enercare was soon met with a visit from a wonderful, knowledgeable technician. He was kind, friendly, professional and aware of how to repair our furnace. When he was done, despite it being the end of his shift and time to go home, he waited to ensure that the furnace was working properly and that our home was warmed to a comfortable level. He was a true professional who took pride in his work, and we greatly appreciated it!

Booking the intervention was easy and straightforward, with plenty of scheduling options available. The proposed time slots were convenient, and I received sufficient information to prepare for the technician's arrival, along with a reminder. Overall, the service provided was definitely worth the cost.

The plumber, Alexis is very professional. She explained clearly about the installation and the future maintenance. She is skillful and the installation was promptly done. She looked into the details and cleaned up after the installation.
