Attention, entrepôts non sécurisés. N'y mettez pas de biens de valeurs car les box peuvent être fracturés très facilement. Et cela m'est arrivé. Et si vous lisez bien le bail, le patron se désengage complètement de toute responsabilité. (A moins que ça ait changé depuis, mais j'en doute).
