“I had the worst experience with Day and Rust. They lost my bathtub and their tracking service is useless. It barely works, and I had no updates on where my shipment was. The customer service is awful – no one was able to help me resolve the issue. I’m incredibly frustrated and would not recommend this company to anyone. One star is too generous.”

Called 3 different time through the week because they got past my delivery date. I asked to be called back everytime to make sure there were not any problem with the delivery.They could not find track of my equipment. They never called me back. very poor service so i guess i will just wait forever now

This company lost my package. And never been able to help me. Avoid doiing business with them at any cost!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience, they told me they would deliver on Tuesday and that I absolutely had to be there, 3 days of waiting at home and not being able to reach them by phone and never responded to any emails never got a phone call. I work for myself so this is 3 days I'll never get back, in the end they hired another company who is supposed to do the actual delivery who then told me it would be the next day and that they had just got it, so that means it was never going to be delivered on any of those 3 days it said it would from day and ross. Also that I could authorize them to leave it and I didn't have to be there.nnSo basically nothing day and ross told me was true and I wasted 3 days at home waiting for something that was never going to show up and I didn't need to be there for anyway.nnI believe the 2 star rating, it shouldn't even be a 1 star rating.

Worst delivery company ever. No way to join them and they NEVER respect the scheduled delivery date and they never tell the customer beforehand. Home depot will lose me as a customer because of this company.
