For the past three years, I rented so many cars most of the weekend from this branch. Last week, I decided to redeem my enterprise points to partially pay the cost of renting an intermediate car. They do not accept credit card insurance, when someone redeems enterprise points. As a result I paid $30 more than paying all the fee from my own pocket to buy the insurance (damage waiver).
They need to update their reward policy to satisfy their ordinary customers (not only businesses).

A friend rented a small car from Thursday to Tuesday and because she used a 23 year olds credit card they charged her $550!!!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Will never ever rent a car here again!!!!!!!
