Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent a car monthly through this location as part of my company and I can say I have received the most professional service through this location! Their assistant manager is beyond understanding and all of their staff are friendly and prompt both in person and on the phone. I have had many questions and they are always eager to help! As a west ender, this location is out of my way but I always come here because I know that I will get quality service. 5/5

Friendly and efficient. Would rent again from this location. The rental counter is located in the shopping center (Hudson Bay Centre) near the Yonge St entrance. They will then tell you how to get to the parking garage to pick up the car.

rented from this location on many occasions, and all was good, until it wasn't - our safety was compromised, and I contacted enterprise twice in hopes that they would respond and address the issue, especially since an automated email response said "Please know we take all customer feedback seriously; therefore, someone from our office will be contacting you shortly". No one ever contacted us, despite two or three emails. This was months ago. We switched to another rental company down the street.

Jack walked me to my vehicle as I mentioned my girlfriends dream car was next to it. He gave me a great deal on the upgrade since it was avaliavle, surprised my girlfriend with her dream car for the trip and she cried tears of joy. Thanks to Jack and his team were on our way to the best road trip imaginable. I appreciate all you did for me.

Always a good experience at Enterprise. Their customer service sets them apart from their competition, and this location is no different. I got an upgrade here every time I rented so far. Staff makes an effort to ensure you get a car you're happy with. Will definitely keep coming back.
