ENT and Allergy Associates

Will never go back here again. Rude and nasty workers and billing department just as rude and nasty. Got my allergy testing done and they still couldn’t even tell me what I was having serious reactions to. Waste of time and only interested in collecting your money. You can find a better ENT and allergist in westchester.

Horrific experience! Made an appointment for my son weeks in advance, with referral sent and telling me they take my insurance. I show up on time with my 16 month old in a rain storm, only to be told they don't take my insurance! Then they lie and say they never received the referral when I have confirmation they did. My PCP doctor called them up and was shocked and wondering why they weren't taking me, when the referral is able to be generated, and the doctor is in network. They said if I wanted to be seen I would have to self pay, even though they made the error! Avoid this place unless you want to have trouble! Didn't even apologize! Don't ever go to the Sleepy Hollow location!

I waited for about 45 minutes. I believe that is not out of the ordinary. My Dr was very good acted with appropriate measures for my illness. I felt like I was treated very well.

I have been going to Dr, Bergstein for years. He is an excellent caring doctor. He listens and comes up with a solution for every complaint.

Called as an emergency as a large piece of my hearing aid got stuck in my ear. They told me to come in immediately and problem was promptly taken care of. Front staff is very friendly and Dr Zeitlin was amazing .highly recommend this practice, they really care.
