I arrived to my appointment 12 minutes late, the door was locked meanwhile people are sitting. When they opened the door to let a patient out and we tried to get in, the reception Melissa spoke on a very loud voice letting us know they closed, I told her we were only a few minutes late & we were standing outside for a good 5 minutes trying to enter. She said the doctor is busy with a procedure & has other patients waiting. I told her then if we were on time we would have been waiting anyways. It was very obvious she just wanted to go home. We got in & so far have been waiting for 40 minutes plus
