Great Place to be with great people most of the time lots of regulars to get to know
It's definitely a dive bar. So why the two stars not one? If there is an event at Commonwealth Stadium, visiting before or after are feasible options. The positive during my experience before an Edmonton Eskimo game was a friendly but overworked lady bartender. Also, they need to clean/bleed the draft beer lines to reduce foam.
Stopped in to play the machines. It was quiet but also accommodated wangsters and thugs that made it uncomfortable as they were mooching.
Food was the cheapest quality I've ever seen, for a ridiculous price. There was a special on the wall that the manager went around and took down when we asked to have. Definitely if u are going to a football game don't eat here, just go in the stadium cheaper and way better.
It's not the way it used to be in the past. Its owned by asians has multiple different waitresses constantly. It smells like urine really bad around the washrooms near back door. They dont give complementary drinks for ppl on vlts or anything anymore the place is a dive.
Location is great and the service was friendly & good! It was fun
Crowd of smokers right at the entrance, blocking the door. Shady looking, needs a reno, and the employee saved me from the good by not recommending i eat there. They get 2 stars for having bottled beer.
Typical Sports pub. Food was small in portions but good tasting. Prices are a bit high for most time periods in regards to alcohol and food. When games are on at stadium, walking distance across road, us packed, shoulder to shoulder. Rest of time is very quiet, with plenty of room.
I like dive bars as much as the next person, but this one is a bit skeevy even for me. The tables were sticky underneath, the bathrooms were beyond dirty, and the bar could just use with a cleaning to take off the layer of dirt on everything. Service was pretty decent though, our server was nice.
Love the staff. Just watch you bag cause you won't leave with it if not careful
