It's a great store! A lot of stuff in s little space, and it's great! Their stuff is mostly crystals and incense but they have a lot of wearable accessories. They have stuff like keychains, coin purses, a lot of necklaces! It looks like a place where the inventory changes a lot so I suggest going in there more than once to get a better scope of the place. As a black person, I walked in and there were no alarmed reactions. When the clerk came out the person was very friendly, I wasn't followed around the store. Felt great to go somewhere and not be a suspect! True reader that was on the clock was great! Very personable and honest!

This place is amazing. Radiating energy from the moment you walk in. I could’ve/did spend hours just looking at the variety of things. I’m on a really tough journey at the moment and decided to stop in for their anniversary, got some healing stones a grab bag, some yummy desserts and fruit, and then ended up winning a door prize I kid you not I never win anything. I will be back !!

I like the shop & past experiences have been pleasant! Unfortunately my most recent visit made me feel incredibly unwelcome. A gentleman was assisting me with some stones in a [locked] display case & almost immediately he began tapping a finger on the glass while I was looking through the stones. He was not the only staffer working, the store wasn't busy, yet the action made me feel rushed, unwelcome, & no discount was worth the purchase I regrettably made. I know it's no big deal to some & people will continue to visit Enchanted Boutique, but I will not. I truly wish this shop the best of luck in finding a new location. [Edit: Standing by your employee is definitely a great way to keep your business staffed! The initial response posted was very business professional & absolutely makes one consider coming back, however this edit misses that mark altogether. Should've just left the original reply. My group & I will not be returning. Good luck with the move.]

I just recently took my first trip here and had a wonderful experience! What a cool shop!!! So fun to browse and just absorb all the unique things. I bought some beautiful stones and a few other things. I got home and was having trouble getting my backflow cones to work as I'm new to using cone incense, I've always used stick incense. I called the store and talked to the nicest gentleman who talked me through how they work and sure enough I tried again and they work great!!! I can't wait to make another visit.

The whole store has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They have a wonderful selection of candles, crystals, incense, and some truly adorable oracle decks. The staff were all very kind. I'll definitely be going back! Their new location is a beautiful sight to behold!

Talk about a divine appointment. So glad I was led to this place today for the first time. Got a reading by Jessica and it was just great! Very much needed and appreciated…so thank you. Glad I followed my heart today in such a crazy world because the reading really helped me center myself. Just the pick me up I needed to connect me with ME! I’m taking what she said to heart and going to apply it to who I am becoming. A devine feminine! Worth it for sure Jessica is very experienced and I felt waves in my chakras all the way home! Fun to browse the store itself too.

I went in not too long ago, and while the staff was friendly, they didn’t seem to know much about what they were selling. I brought up a handful of crystals from their tumbled collection, and I, the customer, was questioned on which ones I got. It would’ve been one thing if they didn’t know a couple, but it was almost every stone I picked out. This leads me to believe that they aren’t knowledgeable about other things they sell, such as white sage and sweet grass which belong to Indigenous communities and are closed practice. I highly doubt they are educated on the history AND correct usage of these plants if they don’t know the names of the crystals they sell. These plants are being poached and stolen off of Native land and are being sold to the general public, while many Native peoples can’t get a hold of white sage that’s belonged to their communities for years. Where do you source your sage? Do you have indigenous or POC staff members? If you do, I doubt they’re okay with this. Please educate your staff members and buy from Indigenous businesses for your sage!!! Edit after response: which companies exactly? Just because other places wrongly sells sacred items means you should as well? No ethically or Indigenous sourced sage is wrapped in tacky cellophane. And if the staff is knowledgeable, why was the difference not know between things like jasper and aventurine? This business didn't address any of my concerns with their response, y’all are shady.

What a cool place! Great vibes and I love the ECTO-1 out front! Good selection and everyone is so sweet.

Was checking the website to see if you were open on July 4. Kinda saw the comments and the responses were kinda condescending and rude. There seems to be no responsibility taken by the owner. You seem to blame others for your employees actions. Doesn’t shock me you get bad reviews because when I go in I kinda keep to myself but I’m always being watched by your employees and they don’t seem happy that I’m there. Might wanna check out other shops that have better service & wanna actually help their guest and satisfy them.

The staff was so welcoming. I didn't catch any names. Spent about an hour in there. So much to explore. Had a few laughs. I needed it after coming back from a funeral. The energy was calming and peaceful. I will definitely be making monthly trips hopefully to the new location as I am discovering stone and candle work total novice but it's been pulling me. I picked up a few stones and a crystal I was heavily drawn to. I had a wonderful experience.
