Diva Nails

We scheduled an appointment for 6 inidividuals and they were a half hour late even getting to us. They did not have any kind of conversation with us during our manicures. A few days later when my shellac manicure bubbled and cracked I called and they refused to refund the manicure. They did fix the effected nails and I had slightly better customer service that visit.

I've never had a bad experience. Always fast. Can usually take me as a walk in when needed.

All my nails were different legths and different lengths and u have to buy your own buffer ,worst place ever.

I have been to Diva Nails many times with friends and by myself. They must be getting to nusy because for the third time they refused my business and told me to come back tomorrow. They seem to be under staffed and can't take walk ins. My nails take all of 20mins to do.. this is not good business

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, went on day of and was told I never called and they didn't have an appointment for my friend and I. Couldn't fit us in for the next 2 days either. Now I am left with no nails for a semi formal event. Thankfully Toronto Nail Design was able to squeeze us in. Never going to diva again.
