This is the best insurance company in town! They saved me on my house insurance by cutting the cost almost in half! I also deal with them for all my business needs and the greatly reduced my companies liability insurance quite substantially from my last insurance company. All the girls and guys in there greet me with a smile every time I come through the door and are really nice to deal with. They are very fast and prompt. All in all, I would recommend Emsland insurance to any one!

We went into Emsland Insurance today to renew our truck insurance.  As per usual, the service was top notch.  We were greeted the minute we walked through the door and our needs were taken care of right away.  We never have to wait in line.  There is always an agent available.  I  would highly rate Emsland Insurance for all your insurance needs.

My family and I recently moved to Kamloops from the States and none of that process was easy, until we went to get insurance on our new home and vehicle.  Having worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years was extremely impressed by the service I received as soon as I walked in the door.  I was greated by all the employees, even those that were assisting others acknowledged my presence with a smile and a hello.  The insurance process is slightly different than what I'm used to, so I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I understood my coverage and they found us great rates!   I will continue to go to Emsland Insurance for all our insurance needs and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have dealt with Emsland on a daily basis for some time now with my business and personal insurance needs, and have found there helpfulness, resourcefulness and knowledge exceeding standards. They have helped me countless times, saving me time, money and headaches!!!    Very best I have dealt with.  Highly recommended.
