Very unimpressed with the two staff members this morning!  Was there just before opening only one person ahead of me.  The staff were not ready for the opening.   Finally the second clerk was ready and asked me to wait for the guy behind me to go up for service.   There was no acknowledge of any of us waiting as they weren't ready.  I will never use Sussex insurance again!!!  I was there for the convience as my spouse was shopping...  NOT RECOMMENDED!

Must have hit on a bad day.  Both older ladies working on one client.  Neither looked up to acknowledge us.  Stood for 10 mins without any eye contact info or  “ be right with you “.  Won’t go back and won’t send Family and friends there.  Both women looked miserable.

They are great, really helped me save a lot of money.  The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgable.  Highly recommend dealing with Sussex Insurance.
