Walked into the office and was immediately greeted by a helpful assistant and was directed to the membership team. She was a trainee and was extremely helpful in answering my questions about becoming a member. All the paperwork was completed with the assistance of another representative and took only 20 minutes! Fantastic service!

LIterally impossible to get through to anyone here! Options do not cover all topics and there is no option to actaully speak to someone. Come on BCAA, you can do better than this.

It's a jungle. Getting someone live on the phone is an absolute nightmare, but is possible if you keep on clicking through the options. This is the worst phone experience ever if you are looking for help. Why not just offer an option for "any other questions"?

Yes Frustrating but press 4, then press 4 again, then press 4, then press 2. They answered on first ring!!!

What's wrong with the option - for all other inquiries, press #. There was no option for me to ask a simple question.
