A great place to get a manicure! The staff are all very friendly and polite. They are organized, prepared and do an excellent job. There are so many colours to choose from and they always make sure you like your nails as they do them. Alison did an amazing job with my most recent manicure. Highly recommend coming to emi Nails!

I have very soft nail beds so getting extensions is always a struggle. They always make sure I am comfortable and my nails are taken care of! The location is great too if you have a good life membership you can always park therefore and go to your appointment.Service: Manicure

So impressed with Emi nails! I messaged a complicated nail look to them on Instagram asking if they could recreate it, and within an hour one of the nail techs had learned how to do it and sent back a photo. I booked an appointment at this nail salon even tho I was a little surprised by the $20 deposit requested for a shellac manicure. The appointment was made for 9 days after. The owner explained to me that if I cancel my appointment less than 5 days prior to the appointment, the deposit will be cancelation fees. The same day, I noticed that the salon has the same name that another one downtown and I made a mistake by booking at the location in North York area. I explained the situation right away to the owner, apologized and asked for a refund as we were 9 days before the appointment. At first she said she will refund the deposit and then she changed her mind during the day and said she will not said me back the $20. I don’t recommend this nail salon at all. Emi Nails is by far highest quality nail service that I have been. I have been getting my nails done with Emi for the past 3 years, and there are reasons why I have been consistently going back. The nail polish used is of high quality where the shine and strength can last for a month no problem. The attention to detail is amazing where the technicians try their best to satisfy what you want and give you suggestions as well. There is a huge variety of nail polish colors as well as nail accessories that you can choose from, which is hard to find in Toronto. The staff are all kind and cheerful where they always greet you and after your nails are done they will ask if you are satisfied with the design and are happy to fix any concerns. I have had times when my nails broke within a week and when I went back they happily fixed my nails FOC. The place is bright, clean and sanitary as well. Emi Nails really does provide high quality services. You won't regret it!

Have been here for doing nails more than 2 years. The staff is very gentle to me. They will provide the best comment for my nails. I think is good experience.

Emi Nails has been my go to nail shop for a few years now. The price is more than reasonable -- it's still on the cheaper end if you compare it with other nail shops in Toronto, but what you get is hoenstly amaazing. Your gel nails will stay for at least a month; you can bring any designs and they'll have no problem recreating that for you; they honestly take time to pick colours with you if you are doubting between two; once they get to know you, they'll even know what kind of colour tones you prefer. The technicians have been so lovely as well -- they are the type of people who would give you back double the amount of respect, attention and care, if you show them your appreciation. Love this place! :

I did my nails on May 18, and the corner of my four nails were broken on May 20 which is two days after I got my nails done at this place. I went back to fix my nails, and they told me it's because my nails are too dry and my nails were not flat so this would happen sometimes. I don't know if it's true or not since this never happened to me before at other nail salons. I spent $60 including $5 for tip on my nails. The price is ok, but this is the worst quality I have ever seen from any nail salon before. I went to fix my nails, and they broke again please see pics that I attached, the white French style nails. I don't want to go back to get them fixed again because it's just waste of my time. If you want to go to somewhere for a cheap price, but really bad quality and unprofessional customer service, I would really recommend you this store!!!
