Everything we had was great! My husband e joyed the bangers and mash and loved the bread pudding. My Mac and cheese could have used more seasoning but once I added some salt and pepper it was much more enjoyable service was quick too.
Average bar. Great location. Can't tell you anything about interior. Decided to stay outside, enjoy my drink and night city view. The good news is: alcohol is real, you can feel it very clear and it starts working immediately! I ordered Loop Old Fashioned one and flatbread almost pizza, actually. Parking: Almost sure there is no free parking around. This is Chicago Downtown! A lot of cars around and all the spots are taken already after dark.
I got an all day breakfast around 1pm Sunday and it was delicious. Authentic Irish food and a taste of home. The bar has a great ambiance and has a late closing of 2am except Saturday night is 3am. Very friendly and courteous staff. The building itself has amazing architecture and historical importance in Chicago.
I went here because of the late-clossing kitchen, but it was a really nice place! Beer was good, ambiance was great, my food? Not so much. I had fish and chips but my fish was mostly fried batter and my fries were soggy, however my husband's chicken buffalo mac and cheese was spectacularFood: 4/5
It is a nice place for a late dinner or snacks. The environment is bar, so high tops chairs and loud music is normal. Drinks are good and not so expensive. Snacks are ok.
Stop in and enjoy your favorite pint in this well appointed bar. Emerald Loop Bar & Grill has a good pub menu, flatbreads, sandwiches and shareable appetizers. Looking for something not fored and settled with a quick pint and the hummus appetizer. God's fresh selection of veggies and pita was well toasted. Guinness on tap as well as many others. Could see this place being packed come parade day. Settle in for Irish Pub Fare in time for St. Patrick's Day.
The fries were great! But the patty I got really needed salt ngl it was the only tasteless part of the burger.... all I can say is don't mean to be rude... just put salt on the table for it. Overall though cool place.
I love veggie burrito wrap and nacho. I love decorations inside and bar, sit out side so comfortable and nice view
Crossed by this Irish restaurant and decided to have breakfast in this location. It tasted okay but wasn’t my favourite place for food. Plus that it seemed there were short in staff, and I had to check about a few missing orders in person myself.
Stopped in with some family for happy hour and enjoyed the food and drinks. I ordered a pear summer salad of sorts and it was delicious!!! This is one of my go to spots when family visits. Always recommend.
