Emerald Fitness Club Cottage Grove

My wife and I have been coming to this facility for 10 years now and have been through all the changes. We are really excited with the new ownership/management changes at the beginning of the year from Better Bodies to International Fitness! There is ALL new staff and an increased variety of classes to choose from with a great commitment from the staff and trainers to make your life more fulfilling through fitness no matter what your level or age. I gave 4 of 5 stars only because the equipment isn't the newest on the market but they are changing this when they can and making sure equipment is working which the last management could not grasp for keeping and increasing membership attendance! Lastly we find this to be a more family oriented facility (no children.. Teen and older) and not a 'Meat Market' like other gyms we've gone too. 99% of the patrons are friendly and courteous which is one of the reasons our whole family continues to be members here.

I love this gym! It is my second home! I have been a member for 11 years! All the members and staff are so friendly! Everyone knows everyone! The place is always clean! The classes are a blast and they have the best teachers!

Super friendly staff, and good equipment! I love being able to work out on both the weight floor and in the classroom for a little more privacy and doing body weight exercises. Great place!!

Emerald Fitness Club is like family and it is a very supportive and friendly environment! They do a very good job at making everyone feel like they have a place and voice in their facility. All the classes have knowledgeable teachers and from my own personal experience, the Personal Training is high quality.

The staff at Emerald Fitness Club go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while you are in their classes or working out. They offer a multitude of fitness classes and accommodate all body types. The owners are very approachiable and open to ideas and feedback. In addition, they are true community partners.
