An amazing and fun community of people.  I've worked out at other Crossfit boxes and some of those coaches can push you to injury, but Crossfit Cottage Grove pushes you to be the best you!  I've felt my strength improve and my ability to do more increase.

The people that work out here are so supportive and passionate, and no one is ever left behind, no matter how long they take to call "time."

Small, but growing, make sure you check it out!

This is the best decision I've made in 2013...Love everything about CrossFit Cottage Grove...The people are awesome and so supportive...Kace is an awesome coach!!!  It will make you the best that you can be...Fun way to work out with great people that cheer you on and help you finish...Come try it out and you will definitely be back to do it again...
