Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bothell, WA

Conveniently located hotel, but I found it to be quite dated. Room was large and spacious, but again dated and a bit musky. Breakfast was ok. It had the basics covered: scrambled eggs, toast, potatos, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast staff seemed nice and attentive tho. Overall it's basic accommodations for a reasonable price.

This place is the cleanest hotel in Bothell that offer free yummy breakfast plus unlimited fresh coffee and cookies all day long. I loved on how the bed and pillow smell as freshly washed. Staffs are incredibly nice.

Very rude front desk receptionist! After being gone all day, we moved one chair at 8:30pm on Saturday to eat, and next thing the phone rings. The front desk receptionist said that the people below us said that they heard slamming and stomping. The receptionist was very rude, automatically assume the people that complained where right, and didn't ask us if everything was ok. She was lacking in customer service skills. She didn't use any tack or communication skills to express her concern of the noise. Instead she accused us of being loud, didn't express any concern if someone could had fell or if some kind of accident had occurred. I felt harassed and punished for moving a chair!!!

Loved the room and the breakfast was the BEST of any hotel I've stayed at (& I've stayed at a lot) BUT the front desk lady when we checked in is the reason I only give 3 stats.... Never been treated so badly by a customer service representative at any establishment, let alone a higher end hotel. Was dumbfounded as to why

This place was just bought by Radisson. It's VERY dated and it is just starting a massive renovation. A bit in the "middle of nowhere", but it's near the university. Shower head is placed at shoulder height and hot breakfast needs a bit of work - more fresh ingredients and less processed foods. Has potential with a completed renovation.
