Your classmates will be managers, entrepreneurs and professionals with at least 10 years work experience, including at least five years managerial experience.

Instead of the conventional business silos, you will focus on the actual practice of management, using an integrated, multidisciplinary approach and building on the wealth of experience of you and your classmates. You’ll delve into the reflective, analytic, collaborative, worldly and catalytic mindsets that managers face, as well as examining approaches to value creation and operational excellence.

"The McGill-HEC Montréal Executive MBA is a 15-month bilingual program designed to meet the development needs of experienced managers. The program offers issue-driven learning for seasoned executives and entrepreneurs that builds on their managerial experience.Gestionnaires, entrepreneurs ou professionnels, les participants au programme comptent au minimum 10 années d’expérience, dont au moins 5 ans à un poste de gestion.Les participants obtiennent un MBA conjoint portant le sceau respectif de HEC Montréal et de l’Université McGill.Conforme à la réalité du milieu des affaires canadien, le programme adopte une formule bilingue.- 15 mois, une fois par mois, du jeudi au dimanche- Basé sur les Managerial Mindsets de Henry Mintzberg"
