Very bad experience. The doctors put a liquid in my eye to test out my eye muscles. My eyes couldn't focus at all after the procedure. But, despite that, they chose to reschedule an appointment because my eyes couldn't focus. OF COURSE THEY COULDN'T. THE DOCTOR PUT THE LIQUID IN MY EYES. 0/10 do not recommend at all. Just go to Costco or Newlook or anywhere else except from here.
Most in depth eye exam that I've ever had. The student and clinician worked hard to get the solution just right for my atypical vision. Completely unconnected to the quality of my care, was tickled to see passages from George Eliot on that little reading card they give you, with passages from, I think, Alphonse Daudet, on the other side.
Lasik MD sent me to them after my CxL surgery so I can get custom contact lenses - I paid the test for nothing - My case was serious and they let an inexperienced newcomer work on my eye - they put a lot of pressure and stress to my eye and made me feel pain Thank you for that....I hope I don't have to do another surgery.... -they were not able to solve my issue and only refunded my deposit but not for the test.
This is a top place to get your eyes examined and purchase the latest style of frames. The service from start to finish is impeccable. The prices of frames are very reasonable too. Most importantly, the students have the right approach and enthusiasm to serve you. They are professional and on the job. They are also verified by a certified doctor at every step. This place is a gem for all eyes!
Worse customer service experience in my life. I came to this clinic for more information about Orthokeratology and after the first eye examination they told me I would be a good fit for them. When i came back to get fitted for the contact lenses I was told It was not ideal for me , which they could have told me when I first asked instead of wasting my money and time on a second examination, which I did not need. Furthermore I tried calling all week to order regular contact lenses , but no one answered and no one called back even though I left multiple voicemails .I would not recommend
A very good place there normal check up here is very good lots of rooms and glasses staff are nice
For 2 years I saw Dr. Bitton for what she said was dry eyes. My eyes would water ALL THE TIME. To the point that my quality of life has diminshed because I literally can't see 90% of the time and I have dark circles under my eyes as a result of always wiping away the tears. After getting an infection in my tear duct, my optometrist referred me to another doctor who confirmed my eyes are NOT dry - my tear ducts are blocked! I mentioned to Dr. Bitton on multiple occasions that I thought my tear ducts were blocked. She ignored me every time. Not to mention how expensive it is to go to this clinic, it is nearly impossible to get through to talk to someone when you call, and service for English speaking people could be improved. Not impressed with this clinic at all.
Amazing service. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. The student who received me was very pleasant and even gave me lots of helpful tips. My glasses were finished in one hour and they were the perfect fit. Couldn't be happier.
Universite de Montreal optometrie a well organized and staffed clinic made for students. Professional teachers doctors follow up closely the procedures. The place is neat with upto date equipment. You have to account for the fact that at times equipment fails. Appointment is a must. Students are helpful and try their best to put at ease their customers. Yearly returns is a must for serious follow ups.
Very good doctors but It just took me 45min before they respond my call.
