Ely's Cafe

As noted by everyone, very long wait. Having lived in the Los Angeles/Orange County area and accustomed to excellent Asian food, I was appalled at the incredibly bad food. The pot stickers were fried to the point of being burned. The Kung pao chicken was equally terrible with no taste, poorly seasoned, etc. It is obvious that all the rave reviews have no idea what great, or even good Chinese food tastes like and are willing to settle for food that anyone with a wok could prepare at home.

Great variety of food and will make accommodation for food sensitivities within their dishes. Ely is a great and funny lady who works very hard.

Excellent food. Extremely long wait. It's worth it, if you're expecting to spend 2 hours for lunch.

Yes you might have to wait a little longer for your food; but it is worth it in the end; Elys food is fresh, home made; Ely has a smile and a warm welcome every time you walk throught her doors. If you have time to stop and enjoy life and your family and freinds for a good home cooked meal I highly recommend Elys. The Pho is out of this world!!!

Decent phö. Really good pancakes. Pretty long wait though.
