Story

We take pride in our food. making every meal fresh to order using natural, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We proudly serve Rayonier Valley Grass Fed Beef and Draper Valley Organic Chicken. Our mission is to provide delicious and healthy meals made from scratch each New Day. Owners John and Kelly Hammond opened Cafe New Day in June of 2012.

This place is great. A boon to the community and your taste buds and health. 
The folks are super friendly and helpful and the food is first rate. 
I had the green juice. Highly recommended. 
Good latte. 
Excellent vegan hash. And fried eggs done just the way I like them. 
They handle special requests too.

Really good fresh smoothies and juices... Try one with avocado... Sounds odd but it really works.  Food is good too... Not great but good.  Pricing seemed a bit expensive but probably on par west rest of Port Angeles.

This place is amazing!  We noticed it when we came off a whale watching tour because of the gluten free sign on the outside.  I am gluten free but my husband is not and we were both delighted with our meals.  We got sandwiches to go.  I got the roasted vegetable sandwich on a gluten free roll and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, both the bread itself and the veggies, etc.  My husband loved his sandwich too (a panini, but I can't remember what kind).  The sandwiches came with homemade chips - we got the mixed regular and sweet potato and they were delicious.  We also got a piece of gluten free coffee cake to split and it was worth every penny.  The staff was super friendly and accommodating.  They even offered us water while we waited for our sandwiches and put it in to-go cups for us!  Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The food was delicious, especially their own freshly made potato chips! Service was friendly and it was a pleasant atmosphere.
