Unprofessional and Disorganized. No point in providing a cut order to them as they will just cut whatever they feel like. Missing meat on three separate orders, even after specifically requesting specific cuts. Will not use them again.

Disorganized, used them twice and will not again. Had to make multiple trips because meat was missing and was still not organized upon arrival. Lack of communication when making changes to butchering instruction so picked up different variety of cuts then what we had thought would be there.
