Good Day, sitting here watching TV Sunday morning an just finish watching Hometown Stories show on your store what a Great Business your Family has going there and I wish you all the best in the years to come keep up the great work and the hometown service. My uncle had a Home Hardware in Harrison Ontario way back in the 70s and 80s and like your store the people always like the personal service. CHEERS
Had an awesome experience purchasing a smoker. Jared is super knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re looking for a smoker, go to this location! You won’t be disappointed especially with the prices!
Refused a refund of paint rollers that were purchased at the Harriston HH 10.06.2022 as Jared the store manager said the SKU was not in their system, meanwhile they were on the shelf with another SKU number. I understand each store is independently owned and operated but you are all Home Hardware. I then purchased the rollers 10.07.2022 that were on sale, agreeing that I would take the original rollers back to the Harriston HH and Jared said he could refuse to sell me the rollers that were on sale. Something is defiantly wrong with this young person's service. Just WOW! This could have been handled without his attitude - which made me as a customer feel very uncomfortable.
Great staff! Everyone has been so helpful and patient with our new bathroom reno in the basement! Chey has been terrific
I can see why Canada's "oldest" family owned Home Hardware is still in business. They treat everyone like family and are so helpful. In-store or on the phone.
This Store may be in a tiny town, but it always has what you are looking for. staff are always friendly and treat the out-of-towners like family. Store is kept clean and organised and if they happen to be sold out of a product they are able to give you an accurate time frame when the product will be back in stock. Highly recommend this store.
Great home hardware! Store is just the right size- big enough to have everything you need, yet small enough to maintain the good old fashioned small town friendliness!
