some might say robin the night shift supervisor is hard to handle mean or whatever but she only pushes people to do what she knows they are capable of. She will fight for you as long as you're worth fighting for. She has a job along side everyone else there so i truly believe she does her job very well and not many can do it as well as her. and for as long as her!

I have been working for Elmira Pet for 2 years now. I love working here, as it really is a team effort. I switched my 2 labs to the food as I loved that my dogs were eating food made in Canada. Their fur is so glossy and healthy looking, they are a very happy, and healthy pair!

I have been trying to both call and chat with this company due to my three dogs vomiting and having diarrhea for the past five days since opening a new bag of Actrium Hollistic food.nAll I wanted to know was if they either changed the ingredients or if there may has been a batch recall.nIf they suggest for me to call back for more information dont bother as after ten plus calls nobody answers or calls back even when leaving a message. Poor customer service.

I've worked at Elmira Pet Products for 10 years now and aside from saying how much I clearly enjoy working there, I can attest to the care and quality they put into the products. I blindly and gladly feed my own dog any food that is made here! He is an 11 year old Labrador, but everyone thinks he is much younger as he is very healthy and full of vitality!
