I always have great experiences here! As someone who has never been a fan of going to the dentist, I can say that the team at Mondovi Dental makes it enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I trust that I’m getting the dental care and advice I need. As a plus, everyone is taking all necessary safety precautions, so I feel safe anytime I visit!
I have been going to this office for over 30 years and never had a problem. The staff are wonderful people. They also do a great job. They make you feel relax if you have a problem going to the dentist. When I needed service for a filling that fell out they got me in right a way.
Dr. Jeff Wilson was an outstanding Dentist who led with a personable friendliness and an unmatched sense of humor, and finished my Office Visits with the most practical corrective action executed with the softest hands with the no pain touch. Candidly, I approached Dr. Mahar with caution and hesitation. However, I am pleased to report that her patient care was pleasant and her communication was obviously executed to both inform me, and to gain my comfort and confidence. Her exection was both practical and without pain. The days following her Dental work were normal with no discomfort. Based upon my resent experience, I recommend lowering your guard, and give Dr. Mahar your confidence.
Highly Recommend!! I have visited this practice twice in the past couple of months. It is evident that Mondovi Dental has gone above and beyond to keep staff and patients safe during this pandemic! If you are apprehensive, this is the dental office you want to visit. The staff is super accommodating and Dr. Manar Aldjaei makes you feel right at home! Definitely worth the visit.
Great experience yesterday. I as very concerned about major tooth reconstruction and possibility of losing my tooth. Due to their expertise the tooth was saved and will around for many more years. They also tolerated my nervousness and anxiety during the procedure.
God Awful. I had gone here because a small piece of an old filling came out. Dr. Manar Aldjaei repaired the filling so much I could no longer floss that tooth. The 2nd visit she ground all the material out again and redid it. A few days later I called into the office and asked if “another” dentist could look at my tooth as it was very sharp on the edges and food was getting caught in it. It was an awkward visit, the older now retired dentist looked at it and advised Dr. Manar Aldjaei on how to correct the issue. After another long and painful visit of grinding out the 2nd botched filling attempt I was assured it was good but told I may have to use a waterpik to clean between my teeth??? I know why she said that now, because there is a GAP there and food is constantly getting stuck. Sometime later Donna from the office called and tried to setup my cleaning appointment and I explained to her the issue I was having and asked if I could make an appointment with ANYONE but Dr. Manar Aldjaei. She was not sure and said she would call me back. 3 weeks go by and I never got that call. I called back and spoke with Donna who advised they would gladly setup an appointment for me at the Green Island location but would have to pay for any service I received there or return the Schenectady office and let Dr. Manar Aldjaei take a fourth look at it. Good luck to anyone who goes here. here is the follow up: I got a call from Donna on 4/10 after I left this review, she was going to call the regional manager to get their input and get back to me. 6/3 I placed a follow up call spoke with Donna she wanted me to talk to the Dr. who repaired my tooth three times. I said I was not interested in another appointment there again. She offered to set me up with an appointment w/ the Green Island office and I would get a call. 6/29 I received a VM from Sandy. 7/6 I called the office back and spoke with Donna again she said Sandy was on the phone. She was going to have Green Island call me back to set an appointment to look at my tooth. Mid-August I went to another provider and am happy with the service.
Super friendly and professional staff from the front office to the tech person, to the dentist. I called as a new patient and they took me right in. I highly recommend them it's a very warm and embracing atmosphere.
Just started going here recently and the customer service is phenomenal. Both the front desk and billing are very friendly and so are the hygienists! I appreciate a lot of the extra steps and precautions they have taken surrounding COVID-19.
After 30 years, I certainly miss Dr. B & Dr. Wilson, but looking forward to another 30 years with Dr. Manar Aldjaei & staff. Everyone is warm, caring and service is top notch. I have complete confidence I'm getting the best care available and I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend.
They're very mindful of my fears and now that I have had this positive experience I will be more relaxed in the future. I have had the best experience ever with Dr. Manar Aldjaei ! !
