Elliot is the real deal! Well informed of the real estate market, an excellent communicator, patient, honest and most importantly, proactive. He assisted with the purchase of our new home and with the sale of our existing.  With the purchase, he was proactive with the communication of recommendations of potential homes and the scheduling of viewings for times that worked for us. And, with the sale of our home, he established a marketing plan that brought a high level of interest and put us at ease when it came time to review multiple offers.  Elliot made both buying and selling, feel absolutely seamless. To be honest, we felt that we were his is only clients; I cannot recommend his services more. If you have a need for such a personable professional, just call Elliot, he’s your agent.

I recently purchased my first home and Elliot was there for me during this stressful yet exciting journey. He was very professional, honest, patient, well-informed, and easily approachable throughout the whole process.  My first meeting with Elliot was back in 2018 and this was held later in the evening on a weekday to accommodate my busy work schedule. He always made the effort to respond to any inquiries in a timely manner, and was very accommodating throughout any part of the buying process.  I never felt pressured or rushed while working with Elliot even during these insane times within the Vancouver market. He always ensured that due diligence was performed before making any serious decision or considerations on a potential property in which provided me great peace of mind. The entire process went seamlessly and I give thanks to Elliot for his thoroughness and urgency.  I would highly recommend Elliot to anyone who's looking for a realtor.  Thanks again.

I literally found and contacted Elliot in March 2022 based on his Google reviews, and now I am the proud owner of my very first property! I found that not only is everything said about him true, but his knowledge and performance surpassed my expectations. And being a first- timer trying to get in at the very competitive lower end of the condo market with a list of 'requirements,' I would consider myself to have been a challenge. :P He knew everything about everything I asked, and was very patient and open about sharing his knowledge and giving guidance on anything I needed, from locations and potential to adjusting the offer to up my chance of being the successful bidder. He took me seriously and always made me feel like an important and valued client, which meant so much to me as a single lady who felt like I didn't know anything about anything. I could sense he was a master of negotiations, which I really think can make or break a deal. I also never felt pressured, even when I changed my mind, visited places I was lukewarm about, or when my offer ended up in bidding war situations. My trust in him and his very quick response times were the main factors preventing me from becoming a complete basket case at times. And on top of this, he knows the market as an investor, not just a homeowner, which turned out for me to be extra valuable. And last but not least, he had a full network of professionals to refer me to, making the whole experience seamless, from mortgage professional to inspector, lawyer, and even insurance agent. I get possession in August, and even though the purchase has closed, Elliot continues to work hard on my behalf to ensure the whole process is as smooth as possible right through to the end. I feel very lucky to have found him as my realtor - I purchased the property but, really, so much of the credit for how that even happened goes to him!

Elliot is a wonderful and energetic real estate agent. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He makes sure that your best interest is paramount. I'm very glad to work with him, while searching for a first-time-home-buyer place in Vancouver and Richmond, during the mid-pandemic red-hot housing market. Elliot explained everything clearly to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He's nice and polite when assessing a place, and gave me his professional opinion for the best course of action. His responsiveness and service go above and beyond what can be expected. He guides me along, from a starting point viewing, valuation, negotiating a home purchase price, etc. to a finishing line subject removal & step-by-step instructions until completion. Besides, he has a broad network of dedicated people to complete the home buying process such as inspector, lawyer, insurance & mortgage brokers. Overall a very positive experience!
