Neil was simply a pleasure to work with. He made the unknown of selling a property very understandable and easy to execute. He provided me with 100% of the information I needed in an easy to understand format / paint by numbers timeline approach which relieved so much of the stress of the unknown. He was attentive, professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, quick to return calls and his attention to detail was extraordinary. For example, if you wanted to know about cutting down a tree to increase property sight lines, he sourced the municipal bylaws on what was permissible. He was also very good at keeping us regularly updated on the progress of the sale process every step of the way. In the end he was spot on his sale price assessment and we got a great price for our property. Neil was really amazing as my realtor. There was never any pressure and he guided me with his knowledge to help me purchase the best home I could afford. He's also really prudent so even if the property you're looking at seems perfect, he'll find the down sides of it and make sure that you're comfortable with those before going any further in the process. Plus, he's just really fun to hangout with which is great when you got to spend a lot of time visiting properties together. Neil also put me in contact with a great mortgage broker which made the process enjoyable and simple.
