Some background: I was born and raised in Vancouver, and spending most of my life in this amazing city has given me community knowledge that is second to none. Adam and I recently worked together on a listing and I was thrilled with how well it all went.  He was extremely knowledgable about the neighbourhood,  reliable, and was great with his communication.

I have had the privilege working with Adam James and have had an absolutely excellent experience working with him.  He is fabulous with not only Builder & Developer clients but also commercial clients looking for a Yoga Studio, Restaurant, builders lots, etc.  He is extremely knowledgeable in the Vancouver West as well as Richmond areas.  I would not hesitate to refer more business to Adam in the future and wish him all the success in the coming year!  I also look forward to collaborating on more real estate transactions with him in the coming future.

Adam is dependable & thorough, always a good start for a Real Estate professional. So what makes him earn a five-star rating? Competence & intelligence: Those two unfortunately lacking in many people in general. True story: I asked Adam to search out a house and yes, it took a while, when suddenly an unusual listing popped up. It was an estate sale that would literally last only a few days, with a low price to attract the maximum bids. The next day Adam drove me there to tour the property. After our appointment to tour the property I asked that key question "What do you think we should bid?" He stated a price based on his analysis of the assessment values released days ago. I added $25,000 to that price and Adam wrote up the bid recommending in this case no subjects because estate sales are biased to firm sales. I ended up with the 2nd highest bid, but I got the property, that sweet spot in buying property which proves you have not only a great Real Estate professional, but one that the competence and intellect to get the job done properly as if he was the buyer himself.

As a first time home buyer, the Vancouver market is daunting at best.  Adam helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range, when we had previously been limiting ourselves to 'just settling' based on what we assumed was in our price range.  Adam has gone the extra mile for us, really listened to our needs, and has helped us navigate the craziness that defines buying a home for the first time.  I highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers.

Adam and Leslie were great to work with, although I got the pleasure of working exclusively with Adam for the transaction. Not only was he able to pass along all the necessary documents to help my buyers make an informed decision, He was extremely informative, and ultimately that was what helped us come to a beneficial conclusion for both parties. 10/10 would love to do another deal with Adam, and looking forward to the next one!
