Story

The Elk Lake Eco Centre is all about connecting people with their surroundings. We offer educational and training programs while also acting as a venue for special events. As a wilderness retreat, we're ideal for weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings, and team building sessions. But you can also just book a small stay to get away from it all! Indulge in nature. Our restaurant proudly serves locally-sourced meals, and we truly love our northern community. Outside the Centre, we have six cozy, European style chalets, an outdoor hot tub and sauna, outdoor recreation equipment, and much more! Charming decor, comfortable and warm atmosphere for drinks and some food.
We shared the garden salad, perch bites, house chips and honey garlic wings. All was really good and the wings were excellent! 
Whiskey Jack's Amber Ale was really nice too!

We have had two Family Birthdays at Eco Lodge and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and overall service.
The last one was short notice and they even made and decorated the cake.
I would recommend this Lodge to anyone for any occasion and you will be very impressed and will want to return..

We went to Elk Lake Lodge to view it as a potential wedding venue and the service was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and answered any and all questions we had. The location is out of the way, but well worth the drive since it is absolutely stunning. Perfect for rustic themed weddings! We can't wait to go and stay there for a night :)

Six of us stayed here for a winter snowmobile trip over five nights. Cabins were great. The staff were extremely accommodating. We inquired about the ice fishing and they were happy to lend their well equipped hut for two days. They even help cut the hole. A couple of guys also borrow the Nordic skis for an afternoon. The fire was always going in the cozy main lodge.  I would highly recommend.

This place is beautiful. Rick gave us a tour of the place and was really impressed. We will be back.
