Incredible food, generous portions and did I say delicious food!? Easily a top favourite spot in YEG! They’re food is fresh, yummy, and feels like a warm hug to the tummy. 10/10 recommend !

My husband had a craving for some brown stew chicken so I called around and Elite was the only place I could find with that on their menu. We decided to give it a try and we were PLEASANTLY surprised. The flavour was so good! We ordered their shrimp starter, brown stew chicken & an extra order of fried dumpling. Very well done!! Definitely adding this restaurant to my go-to list!!

Sunday Evening, my wife and I had just finished moving for the past 8 hours. Exhausted, we looked for a place for a decent meal. We searched for afro centric foods and came upon Elite Caribbean Restaurant only 4 minutes away from our apartment. We reviewed their menu and found a familiar option that seemed delicious. We called and ordered two orders of their jerk chicken plates. What we got was lots of rice and peas flavourful and moist, seasoned steamed vegetables, crispy on the outside but fluffy and moist on the inside dumplin and a heavy serving of jerk chicken that was more than we expected. The value, size and quality was worth more than the $18 per dish we were charged. I'm happy to refer friends and family to this hidden gem in Edmonton's downtown core. Can't wait to visit again!

Found this incredible place as it was right by my hotel. The meal was amazing - First-class Jerk chicken, mashed potatoes, veg and gravy. With a surprise dumpling added for good measure. Great food and great value. Please support these guys. Highly recommended by a white bloke from Liverpool

The food reminds of home. Chef’s kiss . I would recommend this place for the best Jamaican cuisine in the area. The food is delicious, let’s talk about the proportion….value every penny spent. The ambiance is really simple yet bouji and classy. The staff is warm and welcoming. If u haven’t taste their food or haven’t visited this place restaurant your missing out!!!

The wife and I were looking for a Jamaican resturant and stumbled across this gem on Google. The food was delicious, the owner was very welcoming and personable. The layout in the restaurant was very clean and high end. A must go if you are in the Edmonton area and looking for great Jamaican food.

Best oxtail I’ve had in years!! I had a delicious lunch here today, with a nice homemade ginger beer. Great value with a generous portion, I left full and very satisfied. Can’t wait to come back again. I’ll be working my way through this menu.

I ordered on Uber eats and this is the best BEST Caribbean food I’ve had since moving to Edmonton. I had the oxtail and the fish very very tasty! Delivery was a bit expensive but I’ll definitely be ordering from here lots. The fried dumplings were really good as well.

Just ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and the jerk chicken with festival. We got plenty of food with good flavour. I've been to a few Jamaican spots in Edmonton and Jasper. I can say Elite Caribbean is in my top two with Spice Joint Jasper, AB. I moved here from the GTA 2 years ago and this is closest to back home food. I would take a picture but the food is done.
