Had the opportunity to meet and work with the staff at The Hat and view all the show suites. Super friendly and professional team, not to mention beautiful apartments. And the views are amazing! Would love to live here one day when my lease is up.
One-of-a-kind view in Edmonton. We did a video shoot there and the views are spectacular. Great city-view where you can see all the main bridges in the city. Would love to have a home here!
Really beautiful suites! Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of light, fantastic views, and big spacious balconies. Could easily see entertaining friends here! You can't beat the location as well.
Had an amazing time viewing the suites with Annie. She was kind and friendly, and answered all my questions when stopping by to look at the suites. All the staff provided a warm and welcoming vibe and really went above and beyond to ensure my visit was an enjoyable one.
I had the absolute pleasure of viewing the Hat suites today, and using their penthouse suite for some photos for one of my branding clients. The views are unparalleled to anything else in the city, and the floor to ceiling windows make the units so gorgeous and bright. I envy anyone that gets to call these suites home!
The leasing team at the Hat are amazing, super helpful showing us around, I love the view and the Cloche Floor plan. The shared amenities room is massive!
$1,500 a month for a 1 bedroom. Not including the additional parking stall cost. Only one block away from where I am paying 850 with utilities included internet and electricity...
