My massage therapist Sarah B was the consummate professional! She asked great questions, listened to my responses and did great work on the areas where I needed it. She also provided recommendations for actions I can take to better manage the muscle tension I experience daily.

I have been going to Elements in Acton for seven years, and it has made a tremendous difference in dealing with neck and back pain, and overall muscle and joint pain due to a concussion and rheumatoid arthritis. The staff are always very helpful and cheerful, and the two massage therapists that I see are remarkable-- they are skilled, knowledgable, well-qualified, and extraordinarily sensitive and supportive. I enthusiastically recommend Elements in Acton!

Everything was perfect: clean and soothing atmosphere, friendly staff, and a wonderful massage. Signed up on the spot for a membership and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic all around! Warm and genuine welcomes from the front desk staff, the massage therapists have a real gift for healing, quick and easy to book your next appointment (or next 10!). I highly recommend this location. I have been to several other Elements when traveling, and this is by far my favorite - so I'm so glad it is my "home location" - If you don't have a membership yet - what are you waiting for?!?
