An Absolute Rejuvenating Experience!nnI recently had the pleasure of treating myself to a facial, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soft lighting and calming music that immediately put me at ease.nnThe esthetician was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my skin concerns before customizing the treatment to suit my specific needs. The facial itself was so refreshing, with every step leaving my skin feeling nourished, clean, and revitalized. The massage was a perfect touch—so soothing and stress-relieving.nnI highly recommend this facial to anyone looking to treat themselves to a luxurious and effective skincare experience.
Customer service was very nice and the therapist who helped me, Ming, was super helpful in making me feel better, overall I would honestly give the experience 5/5 stars. While I’m not the kind of guy to regularly get massages, it was a very welcoming safe place that helped me achieve the looseness and relaxation it was promised it would be! Thank you so much, and if I’m ever in town again I’d love to book myself another appointment
I tried the float tank at Elements because my usual float tank spa was closed. The facility was very clean and well equipped and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I will not be returning to float there again.nnUnfortunately, the water temperature in their float tanks is way too warm. Instead of being close to body temperature to reduce sensation as much as possible, their water was more like a hot bath. I had to open the lid to cool down and let in some fresh air, which also let in light and sound, and completely defeated the purpose of using a sensory deprivation tank.nnThey have two float tank rooms and a friend of mine floated at the same time as me. He had the same experience with the water temperature, so it doesn't seem like a one-off problem.nnIf you want a warm and relaxing environment to rest your body, then the float tank at Elements may still be enjoyable for you. But if you're looking for a real sensory deprivation float tank, then I would not recommend Elements.
I recently had a facial with Hannah, and it was an incredible experience! Hannah’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the treatment. She tailored the facial to my skin’s specific needs and made sure to let me know exactly what she was doing. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend Hannah for anyone looking for a professional and soothing facial experience!
My doctor recommended getting regular massages for stress and migraines. I had a wonderful Swedish massage here - relaxing and calming. I don’t like deep tissue and I’m glad the massage therapist could accommodate my needs. She was professional and kind. Everything was very clean. I will be back.nnNote: I found out from a friend that of the $129 for 1 hour fee, the massage therapist is likely only taking home ~$30 of that! I had no idea and really wish I had tipped better.
