While we are known for our Chicken Wings we have a full menu of great food. Just want a Cocktail to relax? Got it. New to town and don't know anyone else? You will always make a friend or two. You can just be yourself and relax. We are the "CHEERS" of Elmira.. We will do anything we can to make you a wonderful meal and make you feel like part of our "family"..

Generally not a place I stop as I live about 50 minutes away, however was in the area recently so decided to stop for a dozen wings. They use to be great. I was very disappointed. The chicken was tough and grisly. I finally threw the remainder away. I kept hoping the next piece would be okay but never did get a good one. Maybe a bad cut or perhaps cooked incorrectly.

Great Food! Great atmosphere! I order my food and it is always on time and a great meal. I highly recommend.

Great wings and fried appetizers. Salad is just a bunch of iceburg lettuce. Very friendly staff. Cash only in 2018!

I have been in food service for 32 years I have worked in a pub in Washington DC that was one of the finer places I worked the sandwich patty melt I had tonight at the Elbow Room tops them all and of course their wings are absolutely delicious excellent hospitality highly recommended

Second visit in a week, that's how much we like it. We travel from Va. to N. Y. several times a year, same route. We stopped both ways last week. We had run out of places to eat over the last 25 years..... Now we have you all to stop n eat with.
