My sister and I have always loved going to Champions for a late night drink pr to grab dinner however not anymore! Last night my husband and I decided to grab dinner there. Let's start with the fact that about 10 mins after we sat a visibly intoxicated person sat down at the bar and was continually served alcohol without a second glance. He was loud, obnoxious, and couldn't even stay on his stool properly. We ordered food and quickly realized that the cook was sitting at the bar, it appeared he was already drinking alcohol. He goes to make our food. It came out, our wraps were ok other than the fact that they didn't even have all the ingredients on them! The waitress was nice at least however didn't ID us for alcohol. Which if I didn't look like I'm not a day over 17(actually 24) that wouldn't be a big deal, I ALWAYS get ID'd and told such. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but the drunken sailor put us over the edge! We will drive the extra few miles to Harry's Inn in the Heights if we want a drink and good food from now on.

It took 1 hour to get our food. Once we got it it wasn't that good. The dishes were dirty. They didn't even apologize for the long wait. And they don't have Root Beer.

This review is for the food at this establishment. I had takeout that was picked up for me. It was Chicken Strips & Fries. I believe there is a picture already posted of said dish in the menu photos. I found the food to be tasty & decent portions. The ranch was good IMHO. Tart not sweet; which is how I prefer it. I would try the food here again.

My husband and I were there around 4 pm on Friday night. Only 5 people in the place.. hum should have been a hint... I ordered the battered fish fry with Mac and cheese which was cold. My husband had baked fish and Mac and cheese which both were cold... The floor was totally gross looks like the had a food fight. I guess we should continue to go to legends way better there ... won't be going to champions again anytime soon. Total waste of money but so close to home but again so is mcdonalds.
