The service was friendly and efficient. The food: Saganaki Fish Cakes Dinner Lamb Pasta Chicken Shawarma Dinner We really enjoyed the food here. Everything was delicious but it was a bit pricey. The portion size was perfect.

The staff here is very friendly and the food is always delicious. Our favorites are the calamari and the lemon haddock. I tried a cosmo this time and it was really good as well. Update March 2023 - chicken penne, roasted red pepper dip, and calamari Greek salad were outstanding. Large portions.

UPDATE Feb 2023. Visited here again today with a large group - 11 of us. Very, very disappointed. I had chicken souvlaki. The pita bread was burnt and hard, the salad was limp and brown, and I left more than half of my meal as I couldn't eat it, as did 90% of those at my table- see photo. The waitress was pleasant, but did not comment on why we had left most of our meal or on the quality of the salad. For the rest of the day I felt bloated and had a bit of a tummy ache. Not sure if I want to return after this! 2022 review - Great venue, love the decor. We had the grilled lamb and the chicken shawarma bowl. Lamb was melt in your mouth tender, chicken was a tad salty, but they were able to customise the dish for me and it was tasty. Waitress was very pleasant. Wasn't very busy, but went on a Wednesday. Prices very reasonable.

My friends organized a birthday dinner party for me here. The staff set up a private room for us. The food was amazing! The best part of the night though was our server, Sandy. She was so lovely and engaging. Her humour was incredible and made all of us feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you Ela! and Sandy!!!

Decided on this place for our anniversary dinner and it exceeded our expectations. Older review: Chicken penne for lunch was delicious. Definitely recommend it. I wish the portion was a bit larger, but it's probably fine for what most expect for a lunch. Great atmosphere in the place too.Food: 5/5

Beautiful ambiance. Good food. Lovely for a date night. Halifax doesn't have to many options for good cozy places to go to. This is a decent place compared to any place I have visited. The service is good. Good is so yum!Food: 4/5

I ordered stuffed chicken breast but when the meal arrived it was severely undercooked. When I informed the waitress she apologized and advised that the cook would prepare another. So naturally by the time the second meal arrived my friends had already finished their meals so I requested a takeout box. When our bills arrived I was quite surprised and very disappointed that I was being charged full price for this meal. When I politely explained that to the waitress she apologized again and returned with a revised bill including a mere 25% discount. I paid my bill and left without any further complaints but it was disappointing enough to drive me to write a bad review which I have never done before. Otherwise restaurant had a beautiful decor and vibe but it was not a good experience for me.

No one from my table of five enjoyed their entire meal. A big part of that was due to the rice. We eat a lot of rice at home. The rice here was... well, terrible. Moist, overcooked, and bland. Everything else was pretty bland as well, and the chicken was extremely dry. My lamb shawarma was decent, but we had a lot of leftovers. The service was quite good, but the food was not. We will not be back.
