El Charrito Restaurant & Lounge

My girlfriend loves to eat here so I’ve been here dozens of times. Not always the most authentic Mexican food. But pretty good on flavor. I like getting the combination plate. Pork chili is excellent here. A decent amount of options worth a shot to see if you enjoy them. There is a bar and also high table/chairs. Along with tables and booths I didn’t get a picture of. An event room is also available for parties or gatherings. Service is always good and the food is prepped quickly. Location is secluded but still close to other places and restaurant is maintained well. Parking is plentiful.

First timer but won’t be my last. Got a yummy combo plate for lunch. It was a lot of food. Salsa is spicy which I love.

Been going here for years every time I am in town. Pork chili is awesome but the rest of the menu has seemed to have fallen off a little but yet the prices keep going up. You can't get better pork chili any where else in town but you can find just as good of food cheaper other places.

Cheese enchiladas with pork green chili should be a good group! Customer service by what I assume are the owners, is impeccable! Love stopping when I'm in town.

Been coming here since I was a kid on the way to and from my grandparents house. In the last couple years, every time I go there the prices go up, and the portions get smaller. This place has some great basic recipes that have remained the same, but the value continues to go down. Today when we came in, the combo platter, which is a burrito (about the size of a Taco Bell burrito), taco (best part but not as much meat as they used to have) and enchilada (great taste but very small) was over $12. There are better places on this route. Although I hate to stop going there, it's just not what it used to be.
