This place is a Gem! Awesome breakfast restaurant! Superb freshness and very high quality ingredients to make the perfect experience. Me and my wife where blown away with the food! The service is also incredible, and very attentive to their customers. I never had to look for my waitress, they kept coming refilling my coffee.

I’ve been here twice now since moving to the area. This place is BUSY. If you are expecting a quiet place, to have a relaxing breakfast and get some work done - this probably isn’t the place for you. I’ve waited for a table both times and the servers are BUSY! Eat your yummy breakfast and get out my opinion not my impression But yes, I still gave it five stars. * breakfast was delicious, hot, and absolutely perfect to my specifications both times. *both servers I had - were pleasant, efficient and great at their jobs. *fruit is REAL fruit - none of that gross fruit salad from a bucket nonsense *homefries: regular comes pan fried, home style with finely chopped onions. If you do not want onions, they unfortunately deep fry them and they have NO SEASONING. *their menu is EXTENSIVE- if you can’t find something on this menu, then you don’t like breakfast or brunch food and you should go back to bed. *coffee is regular diner coffee but hot and fresh, they regular sized diner cups maybe they need some bigger cups for the wait ! Definitely go try this place, but be prepared to wait for a table. But once sat - the breakfast is delicious and worth the wait. May become my new regular breakfast spot. Yum!

Honesty, does this place exist just for me? 80's music, fresh coffee and superb breakfast options. A shame they don't have more franchises in Ontario. Super friendly staff and attentive. If in the Ottawa area o highly recommend. Worth the trip

This was an unpleasant breakfast outing. What we got was sloppy, and inattentive service. We were served burnt toast to a family of four counting a 2 and 4 years old. Given how bad burnt food is for our health, isn't it a given not to serve that out of the kitchen? I ordered their deluxe plate and got a dry crepe that CRACKED after being rolled! Chocolate syrup was spread on the bacon strips, and patatoes. We mentioned while paying that the toasts were burned and should not have been served. No accountability: the waitress didn't care, she responded that she didn't know, that the toaster must have been too high, that we should have said something and did we want her to get new ones for us to go I can't even describe the tone that went with the question. We got a 'here you go' after paying but clearly heard 'thank yous' and 'Merry Christmas' to all the others who left while we where dining. The experience leaves you with the overall impression that they didn't open that place for people who looks like us and will gladly make us understand that with terrible service. I recommend they just advertise that so we know from the get-go to take our business elsewhere. I mean who goes to eat out to spend their time returning plates, requesting new toasts and asking basic stuff like napkins?

Clean environment, nice service. Food are so clean and light taste. Very delicious. Best breakfast I have in Ottawa. Recently when I went, the price went up by an average of $2 per item, which is reasonable given the currently economy. But the food quality dropped as well.

Thanks Eggspress for the great food and wonderful Staff. I’ve been there 4 times in the last month. The food is always great, great service. Very reasonably priced. I feel very comfortable eating here. They check you thoroughly to make sure you’ve been double Vaccinated. Just knowing that gives me peace of mind. Will continue to eat here. Nice size portions, we’ve never had any issues with the service and the food. Kudos to you guys.

My server Debbie was patient, I wasn’t rushed into ordering. My Big 10 omelette was delicious, warm and exactly what I ordered no home fries and toast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Clean and fresh restaurant. Friendly service , wonderful team here. Ordered an egg white Mediterranean omelette- simply scrumptious. Fresh fruit was actually tasty! Pineapple, watermelon, orange and honeydew melon. Potatoes were delicious. It did not take long at all for my breakfast to arrive, and it was cooked beautifully. An excellent menu with plenty of choices for everyone. Even have KETO options. Family friendly for sure. A nice little place to meet with colleagues for a pre-workday breakfast! Started off on the wrong foot. Waited quite some time at our table to place an order. Ordered tea and got a coffee. As soon as mentioned they sincerely apologized and brought my tea. Food arrived looking yummy, nice and piping hot. Coffee / tea always available for refill. Eggs Benedict were scrumptious., potatoes tasty and fruit incredibly fresh. The owner Nick popped by with a big smile. Very friendly and attentive! Would totally recommend and will definitely be going back!!

So I’m a Benny Lover. This is no secret… And I FOUND HEAVEN when I was served breakfast here 2 Sunday’s ago! We were served by Debbie. She was awesome. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Her service was great, and it was BUSY. Like 30 mins to get in, and then 20 for your breakfast busy. BUT WHEN IT ARRIVED… The breakfast GODS opened their gates. Hahaha! But honestly, it did NOT disappoint! The variety/ options alone were mouthwatering. And seeing all the different breakfasts pass by was entertaining. There are MANY dishes I’d like to try! Oh the smoothies are good too! I’ll be back. For ALL THE BENNYS. Great job Eggspress Orleans! You’ve got my money when it comes to breakfast outings!!
