So Bay Ranch is a very quiet, clean, calm place. My wife and I stayed there OVER 6 months and routinely took trash out and helped neighbors who are of course older with yardwork etc. My wife and I are looking for a home and found one in BAY RANCH. WE HAVE 40% to put down on the house, and have already proven we HAVE LIVED THERE FOR 6+ MONTHS and we're NOTHING BUT A BENEFIT! Zero complaints about us, zero problems. Zero upset neighbors. I had my aunt a corporate law firm OWNER speak with the front office regarding us buying a house/making an exception. They RUDELY spoke with a millionaire law firm OWNER who is our financial backing and FINE no exceptions, but DONT be rude to someone who could buy your entire park. LEARN SOME RESPECT! Also, now I'm glad we stayed there half a year. Proven good neighbors, helpful to Kelli Paul's and her grandmother Ardith Teete among other neighbors. Proven BAD MANAGEMENT! Our 40% will gladly be accepted elsewhere and lot rent as well. How dare you rudely speak to a ln innocent and helping 3rd party.

Bay Ranch seems like a quaint mobile home park that’s tucked away in a perfect location near all the action! Some of the streets seemed a bit narrow but all in all for a 55+ place to live it’s ideal + there’s a nice large pool & shuffle board! The people I spoke to look out for one another they said & keep an eye out as good neighbors do for each other!

Great and what I love more is you have to be over 55 years old So quiet and nice people

I have lived here almost 3 years.  For the most part, it's very nice.  I like the people and they have Lots of activities.  The only thing I don't like is they don't have a gate at the front to keep outsiders out.  I had my bike stolen which was securely hooked up.  The pool now has been regularly cleaned.

This place was TERRIBLE ive never been more disgusted in my life and DISRESPECTED, I expect lots of changes in the work place when I am back. And I will be back.

Looked at a mobile home here. Looks nice as far as parks go..

Changed my mind because I can't find the full video of just that place. It shows mostly just the park and all different trailers. Please find so.ething nicer w/2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Very nice park. Visited a friend. Clean, friendly, beautiful pool, activities,  and clean.

This is a wonderful park and community,  but watch out for the manager Cliff, He came into our trailer uninvited one day bent out of shape and seemingly intoxicated and had to be physically removed. Gary is great though but answers to the manager. We paid 175 for our application fee.
