Edible Arrangements

I had received arrangements from this location and they have always arrived fresh and well done. Then in Oct 2016 I visited for a special request for the school I teach at. Not only was the person friendly but he was extreamly helpful. I will continue to do business here and have recommended the location to family and friends.

Ordered on valentine for my girlfriend! The delivery was made 2 hours before the range of hours given to them! The driver called her and asked her for the address and told her what he has even that she wasn't there! The fruits weren't fresh'! And the most disgusting thing is that there were blond hair inside (seems that the one designing it was blonde)! I totally don't recommend this store! Used their services in different cities and they were professional! Called the store to complain and didn't get a sorry even! Like they don't care: bad customer service

Do not support this location! The owner is rude and disrespectful. She is biased and very unfriendly to her customer base. They have absolutely no concern for what their customers actually want, they do not pay attention while placing an order and most certainly have no element of surprise as they call they RECEPIENT before delivery and tell them what they are getting!? What really surprised me with them the most is when I went in for a job interview. The lady was extremely RUDE, I felt very uncomfortable with the (very personal) questions she chose to ask me (not even work related) she commented on my weight and had the nerve to ask if I had "enough stamina for the job" she proceeded to ask about my family life and what I do with my children. I could not wait to get out. I turned down any potential job there and they will NEVER get business from myself or anyone I know. Don't waste your money, fruits aren't even nice. I'm appalled that I even applied to work there. Every thing about them goes against anybody's moral standards.

Fantastic store. The owner is often there and has great ideas on making your "bouquet" for your budget. The fruit is delicious. The chocolate is rich. The delivery is quick and efficient.

WOW...SO MUCH FOR A SURPRISE.... P.S IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO SURPRISING SOMEONE ON THEIR BIRTHDAYS OR ANNIVERSARY ETC...DON'T ORDER THROUGH THEM... JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MY BOYFRIEND ASKING ME IF I ORDERED SOME TYPE OF EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT FOR HIM FOR TOMORROW (TOMORROW IS HIS BIRTHDAY)...THEN AFTER ONLY GIVING HIM A DELIVERY TIME..WHICH HE WAS NOT SURE WHETHER HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME SEEING AS THOUGH THIS IS NOT THE DAY OF AND SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE, MY BOYFRIEND ASKS IF HE CAN PICK IT UP HIMSELF. THEY THEN AGREE THAT HE CAN DEFINITELY PICK IT UP...OH AND DID I MENTION THIS IS AFTER I ALREADY PAID $15 FOR THE DELIVERY FEE!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO SURPRISE HIM, WHICH IN THEIR POLICY STATES THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE DAY OF, AND IN THE EVENT THAT NO ONE IS AVAILABLE, THEN THEY WILL TRY TO CONTACT THE RECIPIENT TO ARRANGE A DELIVERY OPTION. THIS IS BULLSHIT SO DISAPPOINTED AND WILL ATTEMPT TO AT LEAST GET A REFUND FOR MY DELIVERY CHARGE....SINCE CLEARLY THEY WONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER
