This is seriously the worst shop ever. DO NOT GO. My car was broken into at their compound the same night it was dropped off. When they replaced the window that had been broken they left dirty black finger prints all over my interior roof liner, lost my passenger side floor mat, did not replace the scratch door panel even though ICBC covered it and did not hook up my door properly so my mirror signal and side assist did not work as well fixed the glove box with white sewing glue... even though it is a black glove box. After trying to re-book in for an appointment and talking with ICBC for almost a year, I have given up and will have to fix/replace everything out of my own pocket. Their manager is a joke, shop guys will cut corners and I bet you its a set up for people to break into your vehicles. Can't believe some warranties as well as ICBC go through this shop. Also contacting the BBB. This shop is a joke.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They never ever answer their phones and my sisters car was not even repaired correctly. There are at least 5 other better bodyshops within blocks off this location.. Stay away... or learn the hard way like we did. Not worth the hassle.

These guys are terrible. They tell you one thing and do another. Always late, never call back and after taking my X5 to another shop to get the job done properly I was shown where they just applied silicon and charged me for the new part. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Service loaner was leaking oil on the ground, smoking from under the hood and literally had black electrical tape on the instrument cluster covering the illuminated check engine light. Did not feel comfortable driving their loaner nor did I enjoy the stares from other drivers as the car smoked down the road. This is the perfect example of their poor craftsmanship and customer care. If you want to waste both money and time, this shop is for you.
