terrible place to deal with. I brought my vehicle for minor bumper repair, when I pick up my vehicle. There was a lights on the dash which says VSA IS OFF they tried everything to fix but to no avail. they told me that they don't do anything with the vehicle except doing the bumper. they said it was not them who caused the lights to be on. Very simple analogy the vehicle was in their possession when it happened. So who did it me?????? Very frustrating company. Never ever deal with this company. highly recommend to be extremely cautious when bringing your vehicle.

We have had several of our company vehicles in for repairs over the years and have found this company to be very professional and would not hesitate to recommend them

Great friendly service, would highly recommend Able Auto body to friends and family. Took my mothers car in for a rear end accident repair and came back to find everything repaired and the interior of the vehicle looking like new ( it was filthy inside the car when I dropped it off) thanks again to Able Auto body.

I took my car in to Able Auto when I got rear ended. I had to wait over 2 months for parts and a loaner car. When The parts finally came, it took a week to get repaired. When I picked up my car, the paint on the bumper was different from the original paint of the car. The owner said that ICBC didn't cover the blending. I called ICBC and they authorized the blending and when speaking to the rude receptionist, she tells me that she can't book me in until a month later for something they could have taken the initiative and called ICBC and/or fixed the issue as soon as possible as it has been an inconvenience to have to wait for a body shop to fix a bumper that takes a day job and has taken over 3months of my time and now going to 4. Shopping around for another body shop that has customers prioritized before money and attitude. Rating only allowed me to select 1 star but if there was a zero star it would be the most valid. To top off the inconvenience the owner Roger refused to believe that ICBC would pay for the blend and he refused to call them. I Recommend to people find another body shop that cares about their clientele.
