Just received my order and it was delivered 3 days earlier than expected! After months searching the internet for an early model of Graf Edmonton Specials, I am so glad that I found Edee’s Place online store. Although I’m in Hawaii, Edith was very helpful via emails and phone while confirming model, size, price, shipping and receiving payment. I Recommend to anyone looking for skates and accessories and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you Edee’s Place.
My wife ordered dance shoes for my daughter the last week of August. We were told they would be shipped to the dance studio. Today was the first day of my daughter’s dance classes, no shoes. We called to ask what happened and the lady on the phone was very rude. She went to look for the shoes and found them still at the store….. she was irritated when questioned why they were not shipped, no call or nothing to let us know they were in if she wasn’t shipping like she said she would. There are so many other choices, but I usually like to support local, will not deal here again no people skills or care whatsoever.
Unfortunately I and my friends had poor experiences here. Edee is not qualified to fit skates. I ended up with a boot 1.5 sizes too large because they didn’t have a wide and she convinced me that 1.5 sizes too large isn’t “a noticeable problem”. I am only realizing now, months later, that it is causing me many foot and leg problems. I have a bump on the back of my heel! My friends who are advanced skaters came here as well for used skates said that Edee and the other lady who was working there were extremely nosy and asked many personal questions that made them feel uncomfortable. A better place to go is Esta or figure skating boutique which is where I’m going next week to get skates that actually fit.
I recently placed an online order at Edee's Place. My items were received very quickly in the mail with the skating dresses nicely packed in a garment bag. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
This place is a diamond on the ruff. Edee knows her stuff hockey and figure skating.. HUGE selection of whatever your into!!! Dance, figure skating, hockey. Shop local support local.
