I am so happy that I requested a quote from these guys! Carlos, our project manager, was fantastic from the moment he arrived. He was highly knowledgeable, offered so much advice and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Also, Ecoline provided us with the best quote for our project.

Ian was very helpful and informative in explaining the window replacement process to us. He took ample time to show us around the Ecoline showroom and never rushed us to make a decision. He made adjustments and modified our quotes multiple times as requested by us. I highly recommend Ian to anyone who is looking for replacement windows.

Carlos was awesome. Very kind and polite. Never rushed me into making a decision. Make sure I totally understood how the windows operated and how they were built. I totally recommend Carlos to enjoy the same experience I had.
