I got drug back in with this company after I received a phone attached to them as a gift -- big mistake. We've had trouble with them in the past so I'd switched to telus just so I could have predictable bills. The 'bundle' that was to come with my phone was to include free calling between same network customers; that being my mother. I have been over charged regularly an average of 30$ until this billing period where I have had a completely unjustified 200$ bill. This company is incompetent and takes well advantage of its position in the Maritimes. I will surely be switching to eastlink next month so escape these greedy, incompetent leeches.
