Everyone works quickly and efficiently to get their customers the funds that they need. If one has any questions or concerns, they are very quick to help resolve the issue. Kudos to the whole team at the Penticton branch. You ladies rock!

The person I dealt with was amazing, it was super easy, fast, and stress free!

I would like to first make it clear that I am NOT a shill for this company, neither do I know any of the staff personally. However, bottom line is that Easy Financial literally saved my life. I don't know Cara the manager that well, but she seems pleasant enough, but I have had TONS of dealings with Joel. He has always been kind, respectful, courteous, friendly and helpful to me. And never once did I get the feeling that he was anything but sincere. He truly showed me real empathy at a time when I needed it the most, and it is so refreshing to find a company like this who genuinely care about their customers. Never once did I feel that I was being "goaded" or pushed into other things against my will. He was always straight up and extremely personable with me. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is suffering with any illness and/or needs to borrow money. Probably the best company I've ever dealt with in Penticton - and I have lived here for 17 years. 5 stars all the way! P.S. - I just read a very negative review from a "Mike Lacoste" below who states that "The only 2 positive reviews are from the muppett employees." A coward, I might add, who has to use a picture of a truck instead of a face pic! Let me tell you that I have NOTHING to gain from writing this. Lacoste makes it sound like someone is holding a gun to his head and forcing him to do something he doesn't want to. Let's face it - this IS a business. And like ALL busineses, they are here to make money. HOWEVER..... they really do help a person out who is going through difficult times. Lacoste should perhaps go back to school and learn the fundamentals of life and business before running down a good company.
