Perfect example of why the people make the company!

Been going through a nightmare in getting supplies, which they do not create in branch and have no control over, and my frustration level was growing. 

I’m already a little ball of fury as it is. 

Yet the staff are so helpful, professional and empathetic that I immediately find myself remembering I’m dealing with people and not an institution. Mainly because they deal with me as a person and not just an account number. 

Hope the upper management knows what a group of gems the staff there are.
