I liked the busy atmosphere and the service was top notch but I think I would return at a different time like lunch time.

Just ordered from this one and they forgot my kid's cheese pizza. They called to let me know this as the delivery driver arrived so I'm trying to talk to them on the phone and the delivery driver at the same time... very frustrating. They offered me a coupon for a dessert or app (I took the dessert), and told me they're sending a driver right out to send the pizza and it will be ten minutes. Meanwhile, the food I did receive was lukewarm at best, and the kid's chicken fingers and fries was a pathetic sized portion. Half an hour later my pizza arrives, as cold as the salad I just ate and no coupon. Doesn't matter about the coupon anyway because I'm NEVER ordering or even eating at the place again. Worst.takeout.ever!

Good food but poor service unfortunately. Waited for about 1-2 min before we we're noticed at the front door. Food was then prompt and fresh. Then struggled to leave due to waiting for waitress to pay bills. Had to ask 3 times for take home container.

Long wait times to be seated. A waitress that seems very uninterested in her job. Over crowding.

Went for my daughters birthday the food was good but the service was horrible we reserved a table for 11 people. The wait staff was slow as molasses. We waited a hour for food with 4 children getting her attention for anything was hard plus anytime we would ask for anything it took her forever to bring it. Needless to say we won't be back. Honestly if she had just made the effort to talk to us and let us know they were behind you know communicate with the customer I would have had a much nicer time.
