DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

This location is near to where I live. I walk by this Dairy Queen almost every day. So, today I finally decided to try their food. The chicken sandwich and chicken wrap were just "ok". The chicken wrap was very small, as the chicken piece was more of a small chicken finger. They could rename it a "Chicken Bit", as one bit and it's gone. Now keep in mind, this is Dairy Queen, so they are known for there ice cream and not for their "food". I have taken a few pictures to show you what the chicken sandwich and wrap look like.

Awful experience at this DQ. We usually come here once every 2 months. This location is closest to where we live, unfortunately. This time, the Oreo blizzard was so gross. The Oreos tasted dry and old. The milk was super watery. I just wanted to finish my SMALL Oreo blizzard. I usually vacuum this. I guess that's what happens when you visit this place on a Sunday from Ancaster. Other than the awful taste, the building itself is super depressing and gross. It needs a major renovation! No more 3 stars from me. The only reason it's getting 2 stars is because the napkins were good and thick. The tables were so dirty and the seats are ratchet rocks.

I had ordered the original double cheeseburger combo, and they gave me a single cheeseburger..... Which isnt even a combo on the menu. How do u forget to add another patty and piece of cheese?? Pretty much got a kids meal for the price of a normal one, could have at least gave me a treat with it.

Blizzard melted all over me. The blizzard lid wouldn't close and it was given to me like that. Overall once I froze it again it was delicious. But honestly. Have a little quality control. Presentation counts.

Customer service is great the manager brought out hot water for me to heat up my sons bottle his staff went above and beyond any other takeout restaurant I've been to
