Welcome to Sarcoa, where Hamilton's finest panoramic waterfront view coincides with delicious fresh cuisine. With a contemporary and local ambience, we strive to be community minded while showcasing our undiscovered bayside dining experience and events centre. Using only fresh ingredients, our chef's make everything possible in-house, from cured meats to freshly rolled pasta and buns, right down to the ketchup and mayonnaise, to create our gourmet comfort foods. This is your place to enjoy with friends and family, while you sit back, relax, and watch the sailboats pass by.
The Waterfront Patio hosts five covered Cabanas. Each Cabana hosts its own fireplace and lounge area that seats 10-12 people comfortably, and allows for a maximum of 20 people to mingle together. Consider renting one of our VIP Cabanas for your next birthday, office party, bachelor or bachelorette, bridal or baby shower, or just for a cool place to hangout on a hot summer night!
Pier is connected under the umbrella company of 57 At The Bay, and located in a private dining room within Sarcoa. Pier sweeps you away and evokes a relaxing and intimate ambience, featuring waterfront views and outstanding local design. An elegant and comfortable room for private or corporate functions, such as birthday parties, communions, working lunch or dinners, presentations, holiday parties, boutique weddings and more. Pier also hosts its own private covered patio.
